Term Definition
BordersThe decorative margins of a scrapbook page. Usually spoken of in terms of decoration.
 
Clip frameClip frames have a small metal clip at the top to hold a photo. These frames can hold photos of all sizes.
 
Collage frameCollage frames are photo frames that can hold more than one photo. Designed for a wall or tabletop, these frames allow you to create your own collage of photos.
 
CroppingTo “crop” a photo means to cut the photo. Most of the time, you’ll do this to trim out excess background like sky and grass to better focus on the main subject of the picture or simply change the photograph's shape.
 
Easel backThe back of the frame; usually has an easel that allows it to stand on a tabletop.
